The pilot build that is part of the set up will be presented within 30 days of signing and payment. Typically the pilot bot hits on a lot of needs, but has continued tweeks. While we’ve had clients that launch with our pilots right away, it’s more often than not we spend an additional 6-8 weeks in our customization phase. So that our initial build for the public covers beyond our pilot. We can expect your bot to go live between months 2 and 3 of your build.

No. We’re a nearly full service digital marketing agency. We support Paid ads on social media and search engines like with Facebook, Instagram, Google, and more. We support marketing automation for Emails, SMS, and sales integrations in CRMS. And, we provide creative service work for website development, design, and more. We also have a limited number of organic social media clients while most of that side of our business is in consulting and training via our Algorithm Academy or Algoholics Anonymous.
Mongoose Media is based in Orlando, FL and the bot team is all on the western hemisphere. So, this means we operate out of an Eastern Time Zone. Our team is largely bilingual. Although Lauren is a polyglot in the works, nearly everyone on our team speaks and understands English and Spanish fluently.
